Hey Everybody

I just wanted to thank everybody who participated in our Strength in One Women’s Self-defense workshop.  We had a great turn out!  Everybody can benefit from knowing how to properly defend themselves from an attacker, and I’m glad you chose us to help you learn these vital techniques!  All the proceeds from this workshop went to HAWC in Salem so I also wanted to thank you all for your support of such a great cause!
